I'm taking on the 5K a Day Challenge for 28 days to raising money to support Cash for Kids in Northern Ireland, so they can help the local children who need it most.

I haven't set a target as whatever I manage to raise is better than nothing at all and it all goes to a worthwhile cause.

Not sure how I update this, started 1 Feb, managed 5k per day so far but quite the struggle with back and hip pain. Nothing some pain relief and heat packs can't help with.
