Autism Rocks (Fife) is a Scottish charity that provides practical support, social opportunities, advice, and a safe, welcoming community for autistic children, young people, adults, and their families across Fife. Based at the Kaleidoscope Centre in Buckhaven, the charity exists to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and create opportunities that many autistic people struggle to access elsewhere.
We provide Regular drop-in sessions for parents, carers, and autistic individuals.
Youth groups for children.
Teen and adult social groups.
Family days, including quieter sensory-friendly sessions.
Inclusive activities such as pool parties, cinema trips, visits from therapy animals and other community events.
Advice, signposting, autism awareness training, and support for schools, organisations, and families.
A safe, non-judgemental environment where autistic people can be themselves without fear of criticism or misunderstanding.
The planned expansion of Autism Rocks (Fife) will have significant benefits for the people who use the service.
By creating more space within the centre, the charity will be able to:
Support more autistic individuals and families who are currently unable to access services due to demand.
Increase the number of support groups, activities, and drop-in sessions.
Develop additional sensory and therapeutic spaces to meet a wider range of sensory needs.
Reduce waiting lists and provide more opportunities for families to attend.
Offer more educational workshops, wellbeing programmes, and life-skills activities.
Expand partnerships with schools, community organisations, and health professionals.
Create additional volunteer opportunities, strengthening community involvement.
Ensure the centre remains a sustainable, long-term resource for future generations of autistic people and their families.

We're raising money as part of the Community Challenge with Cash for Kids. There's a top prize of £4,000 extra funding for the group that raises the most!
Any money raised will be used towards the purchase of sensory equipment to furnish our new areas in our expansion into the church .
