North Tyneside Disability Forum

Story

North Tyneside Disability Forum is a charity based in Shiremoor, North Tyneside. We work with and for disabled people to empower and improve lives.

Our youth project works with vulnerable, disabled and able-bodied children, and young people giving them opportunities to build confidence and self-esteem, make friends and mix with their peers in a safe and inclusive environment.  

Our activities include youth and holiday club, new age Kurling, singing, dance and music, art and craft, basketball, football, cricket, walking group, day trips, gardening, cooking and tea club, as well as supported training and work experience opportunities.

We are very grateful for any donations towards our youth project!

We're raising money as part of the Community Challenge with Cash for Kids North East. There's a top prize of £3,000 extra for the group that raises the most!
