We are Just A Chat! A Mental Health Charity that aims to smash the stigma surrounding Mental Health πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻

We believe everyone has the right to live their best life with a strong and positive Mental Health!

We do what we can when we can in the community always listening to our people to provide opportunities and support to improve their Mental Health
