Hi, It's Andy from the evening show here... one night many months ago I thought it'd be fun to enter the Great South Run. Now it's less than two weeks away... EEK!

I've NEVER run this far before, so don't be expecting me to be fast. I might even come last!

Nevertheless, I'll do the ten miles (!) and of course any and all of the money I can raise as I plod along will be helping local children in the Wave 105 area, and I know that our charity makes a huge difference to really deserving children here in the south.
