Cycling 905 Miles in 10 Days for Cash for Kids
Hi everyone, I’m Frank — and in 2025, I’m taking on the biggest challenge of my life.
I’ll be cycling from the most southerly point in the UK (Lizard Point) all the way to the most northerly point (Dunnet Head). That’s 905 miles, 10 days, one bike, countless hills… and a whole lot of determination.
Why? Because if I’m going to push myself to the limit, I want it to mean something bigger than me.
I’m doing this for Cash for Kids, a charity that supports disadvantaged children across the UK — giving them food, clothing, care, and opportunities they shouldn’t have to go without.
The Route
Across 10 days, I’ll be cycling:
🗺️ Through 10 major legs
⛰️ 85–110 miles per day
⏱️ 6–10 hours in the saddle
🏨 Hotel to hotel, from Cornwall to the Highlands
🚴 On my trusty Carrera Vengeance Mountain Bike
From Lizard Point ➜ Exeter ➜ Bristol ➜ Shrewsbury ➜ Preston ➜ Penrith ➜ Edinburgh ➜ Pitlochry ➜ Inverness ➜ Thurso ➜ Dunnet Head, this journey is going to test every part of me — physically, mentally, and emotionally. But every mile means more children supported, so every mile is worth it.
The Goal
I’m aiming to raise £5,000.
Every pound goes directly to Cash for Kids and helps provide essentials to children who need it most.
Why This Matters
There are children in the UK who wake up every day without the basics many of us take for granted.
If a 905-mile bike ride can help even a handful of them feel supported, safe, and seen — then the blisters, the rain, the uphill climbs, and the aching legs are all worth it.
How You Can Help
If you’re able to, please consider donating.
Whether it’s £1 or £100, every bit of support pushes me one mile further and makes a real difference to a child’s life.
Thank you — truly — for every donation, every share, and every message of encouragement.
Let’s ride this one together. 💛🚴♂️✨
