White Collar Fighter are running an 8-week training programme, culminating on Fight Night, where you get to see me either get beaten up, emerge victorious, or a mix of both.
In return for the free training, we're raising money for charity. In 2022, I ran the Manchester Half for Cancer Research UK. This time round, we're doing it for Cash For Kids, which tailors specialised support for children living in poverty and with disabilities.
You may look around at the scores of people who pay the price for crime, homelessness, drug additions or alcohol abuse. Almost all of the time, these are the people who suffered neglect or misfortune as children. To ensure the next generation never have to make the same mistakes, charities like Cash For Kids are beyond essential.
At least every 5 years, we get to vote. In the past year, you may have felt that your vote was meaningless. With this however, we can make an immediate positive impact.
