I’m taking part in Fit in Four Weeks to support Cash for Kids, and will be doing at least 30 minutes of exercise every day for 28 days! 2020 was supposed to be my fitfor40 year but my pesky gallbladder had other ideas and on Christmas Eve it was finally removed. Now 2 years later it's time for fitfor43 😂 and what better way of keeping motivated than by raising money for Cash for Kids.

Cash for Kids will use the funds I raise to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people who are struggling because of the cost-of-living crisis.

Whoop whoop day 28 finished with a walk round Lincoln of 56minutes! Didn't get as far as steep hill but definitely got the heart rate up!

Despite being poorly earlier this week I've made it to day 21! Just 7 days to go! Psyching myself up to get the running trainers back out and get Couch25k restarted and finished this time.

Day 7 complete with a walk round town. Now to start Week 2 tomorrow and hope Fitbit picks up the exercise better tomorrow!
