Story

So 2023 I thought I'd try to focus on self-care a bit further than having my top lip waxed once a month! At the moment my daily workout consists of a 40 mile school run and toilet roll shot put up the stairs once a week!
I'm hoping to row myself somewhere beautiful in my mind from the comfort of my studio. I’m taking part in Fit in Four Weeks to support Cash for Kids, and will be doing at least 30 minutes of exercise every day for 28 days!
I don't think I will be fit in four weeks but I will be heading in the right direction. If you'd like to sponsor me and support an amazing charity I'd really appreciate it.
