After a super busy week it was so exciting to receive my medal 😍

Just over one week to go, such a brilliant cause! I have kept up with my walking and dancing and added in some swimming too! This week is such a busy week, I'm looking forward to my Tiny Stompers classes to get those steps in! Thank you so much for all your donations, I've almost hit my target! 😍

Half term brings extra busyness with it but even though I'm running around loads with housework, entertaining and work this doesn't count as focused exercise! So on top of my busy days I've been adding in lovely walks with my dog, balancing skills, dancing (of course!) and yoga with my son! I actually managed to mix in a little bit of running yesterday with my walk which is just unheard of! Every step for charity! 😍

Yesterday was a double session with my stomptastic Tiny Stompers so I was well and truly exercised for well over 90minutes! It's great fun to exercise this way, I love it! Today will be a gentle exercise before bedtime.

Yesterday I was absolutely shattered but managed a fabulous online pilates class. Didn't realise how much I used those tummy muscles!
Today was a fun half hour dance off with my two children! Great fun learning a routine and working out at the same time! 😍

So yesterday's exercise was an online dance and today was an extra long walk with this gorgeous buddy - over 5000 steps which I'm super pleased with 😊

You know I said it'll be nice to walk in the fresh air.....yeah drizzle and wind....lovely! All for charity though which makes it worth every step! Thank you for all your sponsors so far, really appreciate your support! 🥰

Yesterday was my first 30minutes of fitness and it was super fun! A family trip to our local laser quest! An adrenaline pumping session to avoid being laser shot and with an aim to set off the other team's base alarm!! Who said fitness couldn't be loads of fun?!
Today is a lovely long walk with my youngest and my dog to school and back, will be lovely to enjoy the fresh air 😊
