Hi there, welcome to our fundraising page… make yourself at home :-)
Are you ready for a challenge that will not only test your taste buds but also make a massive difference to children's lives?
This Sunday, 7th September, at the Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival, we're hosting the fiery Paisley Pie Co. Spicy Pie Eating Competition!
The Challenge: See who can devour one of Paisley Pie Co's famous spicy pies the fastest.
The Cause: Every single penny from entry fees and on-the-day donations will go directly to Clyde 1's Cash For Kids. This incredible charity supports disadvantaged children and young people across Scotland, helping to provide them with the essentials, opportunities, and a chance to thrive.
The Twist: Our event partners at SHS Events have pledged to DOUBLE every pound raised! That means your contribution, no matter how big or small, will go twice as far.
How to Enter the Competition: Come along on Sunday between 10am-2pm to register and eat a pie! If you finish - you'll be entered into the Grand Pie Eating Finalé at 3pm!
Entry Fee: It costs £5 to enter and every penny will go straight to Cash for Kids
Prize: The lucky winner will receive a £100 voucher for The Paisley Pie Co, exclusive merchandise, PLUS a magnificent Winner's Medal!
So, do you have what it takes to handle the heat? More importantly, are you ready to do an amazing thing for a fantastic cause?
Join us this Sunday, September 7th, at the Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival. Come to compete, cheer on the brave contestants, and please donate to make a real impact on the lives of children in our community.
Let's get spicy for a good cause!
All the money raised is to support Radio Clyde Cash for Kids across Glasgow and the West so they can make a real difference to the lives of local children and young people.
Everything raised in our area stays in our area, with a focus on alleviating poverty and improving quality of life. Any amount you care to give is very much appreciated. After you donate, it would be great if you could leave a photo or video support message for us too! And please share your photos and videos on the day and tag us!
