Story

Cash for Kids and the support it gives to struggling families across the UK has never been needed more.

The cost-of-living crisis continues to hit the most vulnerable in society hard. Whether it be the increasing costs of rent, mortgages, food, energy, fuel, clothes or essentials like toiletries, nappies and period products; finances are stretched to the limit and often to breaking point.

2.5 million children in the UK are eligible for free school meals, ensuring they get at least one hot, healthy meal a day. But what happens during the school holidays?

The funds raised this Cash for Kids Day will be used to fund holiday activity and food groups across the UK, giving children the chance to take part in fun activities, socialise with other young people and to enjoy a meal.
