Story

1 in 3 families are living in poverty across West Yorkshire and Mission Christmas is raising money to ensure the children of these families don't miss out on the magic of Christmas by gifting them toys to a value of £40 per child. The charity receives no outside support and everything they achieve is due to donations from people like you and I. Last year the Mission help 16,588 children in the region and this year we are imagining there are going to be more families that need that support - which is 2025 is crazy. Therefore we are reaching out and asking for donations no matter how big or small so that Mission Christmas can ensure that all children in West Yorkshire wake up to the magic of Christmas and also can go to school and join in with telling their friends what they got.

Such a moving video, it breaks my heart that some people will feel this way over the festive period! Christmas is about family and friends, and some people don’t even have that to fall back on so I hope this donation can give someone joy and happiness over Christmas ❤️🙏🏼
