Hi There and welcome to my fundraising page.

I’m a Relax Kids Coach and I deliver my Relax Kids sessions into schools and in the community across, Aberdeen City, Kincardine & The Mearns and Angus. I’ve been privileged to have coached about 3000 local children in the past 2 years.

The school closures have left me really concerned about how this epic change will effect children’s emotional wellbeing.

I’m delivering virtual sessions via zoom every week-day during the closure. There will be a variety of sessions such as Relax Kids, Story Massage, Lego Mindfulness, Relax Kids Yoga and Guided Meditation sessions.

Sessions are on a donation basis for families that CAN afford to pay. Suggested donation of £2.50 per family per session. For those in a low income family the sessions are free. All donations will go towards helping local families effected by the COVID19.

Parents/Guardians must complete a registration form which can be found on the Relax Kids With Jennifer Facebook page. Sessions are delivered via the Zoom conferencing facility which can be accessed on a PC, tablet or smartphone. The Zoom link will be sent out the evening before the event.
