Hi there, welcome to my fundraising page…
I have decided, wisely or otherwise, to complete the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge. For anyone who does not know this is an endurance challenge to do 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. (eeekkk) As I am not much of a runner I am going to do 45 minutes (average 4 mile run time) on either the rowing machine or stationary bike. If the weather is decent might hit the road on the bike as well.
The challenge takes place from March 4th. One Performance Center(Perth) and Results Gym(Kirriemuir) have kindly allowed me to use their equipment. I also have a spin bike at home to use during the nightshifts.

I’m raising money to support Radio Tay Cash for Kids in Tayside and Fife so they can make a real difference to the lives of local children and young people. Please give what you can, it will make a huge difference. Some of you may have already heard me on the radio when Cash for Kids launched Mission Christmas back in November. It's a fantastic charity that I have worked closely with over the last few years.
