Story

Hi, and welcome to our Cash for Kids Sports Challenge fundraising page!

Hurricanes Cheerleading is a community‑driven CIC based in Bredbury, serving children and young people from across Stockport.

Our ethos is rooted in inclusion, safeguarding, and community connection, we exist to remove barriers to participation in sport—particularly for families facing financial hardship and for children with a SEND need or disability who often struggle to access inclusive, confidence‑building physical activity. Every child is welcomed, supported, and encouraged to thrive.

We have been chosen as a finalist in the Cash For Kids Sporting Challenge 2026, and over the next 30 days we will be raising as much money as possible to help our group thrive and grow and help us build for the future. The funds raised will help us fund equipment, venue hire and allow us to offer opportunities to more children to take part in our ‘Sport of Smiles’. 😄

If you can help us raise at least £2,000, we’ll also have the opportunity to receive additional funding through the Sports Challenge — meaning your support could go even further.

Please donate if you can, we'd really appreciate it. Thank you!
