My spring walking challenge this year is taking part in Forth 1's Step Around Scotland in aid of Cash for Kids Day to help make sure no local child goes hungry during the school holidays this year.

For some the holidays aren’t filled with days out, fun activities and full stomachs. They can be lonely, sad and full of worry, as they see their parents struggling to find enough money to keep them fed. That's why all the money raised this Cash for Kids Day will fund projects in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and Falkirk helping to provide food and fun for every child, so no-one misses out.
