Welcome back everyone!

Our apologies that we haven't updated you for a while, but we have been on half term and we hope you have all had a wonderful Easter.
Even though we have been on a break, our students continued with their walking, building up their steps.
2 students came back and told us that he had walked 163,247 steps over the Easter break and another student walked 131, 000 - An amazing achievement for them both.

We have added up those amazing totals to what some of our students have walked this week and they have walked an amazing 976,870.

Thank you all for your kind donations over the past few days! It is very much appreciated.

Our students have continued to walk this week, and as promised they have smashed their overall total from last week, with an amazing 597340 steps between the group.

We won't be able to update for the next 2 weeks due to half term, but the students will be keeping an eye on those steps and recording what they have achieved, this will all be logged in the first week back - so look out for a bumper total.

This afternoon, a group of our students are embarking on their practice Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award expedition. They're taking strides—literally and figuratively—toward their goals. Stay tuned, as more steps will soon be added to our total

Future Finders Employability College Joins the 'Walk Around the World' Fundraising Event for Cash for Kids
We are thrilled to announce that our college is participating in the 'Walk Around the World' fundraising event organized by Hits Radio Manchester in support of Cash for Kids. This initiative aims to raise funds to ensure that no child goes hungry during the school holidays, providing food and fun activities for children in need

Why We Are Participating
The holidays should be a time of joy and relaxation for all children, but for many, they can be filled with worry and loneliness as their families struggle to provide enough food. By joining this event, we hope to make a significant impact on the lives of local children and young people, ensuring they have access to nutritious meals and enjoyable experiences during the holidays
Our Commitment
Future Finders Employability College is committed to making a difference. We have set a fundraising target Future Finders Fundraising - Walk Around the World and have been are encouraging all staff and students to participate by walking, donating, and spreading the word. Every step we take and every pound we raise will contribute to the well-being of children in Greater Manchester
This week’s step total for the group is an amazing 445, 224 steps and next week we plan to walk even more!!!
