Story

I will be raising money for a charity called Cash For Kids along with Hits Radio! The Cash For Kids charity raises money to support families around the country with financial difficulty during the school breaks. They help to fund meals, days out and other forms of support for families in need.

This year Hits Radio has set a challenge to walk around the world. This is about 68 million steps! However, they cannot do this alone, so they have asked listeners, schools, and organisations to help. I am one of many individuals!

My Personal Challenge!

I will spend the month of April on my own challenge to walk around three places that mean the world to me:

✅️ Portsmouth - the city in which I live (25 km or 41,666 steps),

✅️ The Athens Marathon - held in Grrece, a country I visit yearly (42.195 km or 70,325 steps)

✅️ Bermuda coastline - my place of birth and childhood (103 km or 171,666 steps)!

This is a total of 170.195 km or 283,658 steps!

Along with a step goal, I would like to raise £100 by 30th of April. I will be posting on this page so you can follow my progress.You can also support me there with a donation. All donations will go to Cash for Kids!

So far this month I have done over 240,000 steps covering about 145km!

We're now into the final week! Cash For KIds Day is on May 1st. Help us make sure that no child goes hungry during school breaks!
