Empowering Young Voices: Our Schools Unite for #kNOwKnifeCrime
As a group of schools committed to the safety and wellbeing of our pupils, we are always looking for meaningful ways to educate and empower our young people. This year, we are proud to be partnering with the #kNOwKnifeCrime campaign and Cash for Kids to raise awareness and vital funds for bleeding control kits and Mini Medic training for the children in our school cluster.
This initiative was born from our pupils themselves. They wanted to make a change. They wanted to raise their voices and say, “This isn’t right.”
To bring this vision to life, we are hosting a relay event on Tuesday 24th June 2025, involving 15 local schools. Pupils will run together, step by step, school to school, in a powerful show of unity and purpose – raising both money and awareness for a cause that deeply matters to them.
The children have worked tirelessly to plan this event, demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and a true passion for creating safer communities. We couldn’t be prouder of their commitment and can’t wait to see the event come together.
Together, we are showing the city – and beyond – the power for change our children hold.
