Story

I’m taking part in a 20km hike along Hadrian’s Wall on Friday 23rd and I’d love your support in raising funds for an incredible cause!

This hike is part of the Hits Radio Walk Around the World for Cash for Kids, an initiative to raise money for children in need. I’m aiming to raise as much as possible, and even a small donation of £1 can make a big difference to those who need it most. Every little bit helps, and your generosity will go a long way!

Hadrian’s Wall, nearly 2,000 years old, is a World Heritage Site and the most popular tourist attraction in Northern England. The wall is rich in history, with fortresses, settlements, ‘mile castles,’ bathhouses, barracks, and long stretches still standing, offering a truly unique experience.

This 20km challenge will take me through stunning landscapes, steep inclines, and the highest point at 1,000ft. I’m pushing my limits to complete it in under 8 hours, and I’d be so grateful for your support in helping me reach my fundraising goal.
