Story

Hi there, welcome to my fundraising page… myself, and a few friends will be walking 35 miles from Manchester City football club to Liverpool football club on Saturday 12th November. We haven't decided a set time yet for departure..... but it will be an early start for sure.

I’m raising money to support Cash for Kids across Liverpool and the Northwest so they can make a real difference to the lives of local children and young people.

When my sister rang and said she had a crazy idea, she mentioned the walk. At first, I was cautious with a few questions before I agreed.
The usual questions popped up .... where am I walking? how far is it? do you think the weather will be dry? why are we doing this? are you mad?

And once she mentioned what the walk would be for, I couldn't refuse!

She mentioned Christmas and helping to support the families that need a little extra help.

She had me, Christmas is my favourite time of year, and if my efforts on the walk can bring some Christmas magic into extra homes this year then am in!!
