Day 4 involved many firsts for me. An interaction with a Yak🐄 and the view of Everest😲⛰️

Started the day off right with some American pancakes,🫣 giving me all the fuel I needed as the team and I set off this morning for an acclimatisation day!!

I will be starting the first 3 hours of my hike soon. A distance of 8km with a 270m Ascent and 500m Descent.🚶‍➡️

📍 Day 1 - Manchester Airport
Little did I know today was going to be an adventure in itself🙃
3 attempts to land - had to abort to Lucknow airport due to running low on fuel! Another attempt, and we made it🛬
Best moment was watching the views + eating snacks - 10/10🤩
But ermm, one problem. Where is my duffel bag??? It's been left in Dubai Airport!!!🤯

📍 Day 2 - Kathmandu
Today I headed to my hotel in Kathmandu to meet the team & my roommate for the next 2 weeks🤝
I spy an Irish pub👀 it's only right to treat myself to a Yak beer🍺
It was time to meet the team for dinner. What a lovely group of people😊 feeling excited now!
Oh guys, guess what!!!! They found my bag🥳 YAY, we were reunited tonight!

📍 Day 3 - Kathmandu to Lukla
