U8 Tigers – Cash for Kids Sports Challenge
Hi, and welcome to our U8 Tigers Cash for Kids Sports Challenge page.
We’re raising money this year to help keep our young players safe, supported, and able to enjoy football all year round. Our club has been dealing with a serious issue: motorbikes and quad bikes tearing up our pitches, damaging the grass and even driving through training sessions where young children are playing. It’s dangerous, it’s costly, and it’s something we urgently need to fix.
That’s why we’re fundraising to secure fencing behind the clubhouse, closing the gaps that these vehicles use to get onto the field. Protecting the pitches means protecting the kids — giving them a safe place to train, play, and grow.
We’re also raising money towards our winter training costs. Prices keep rising every year, but we work hard to keep subs as low as possible for families. To do that, we rely on fundraising to help cover the cost of indoor facilities, equipment, and safe winter sessions.
Every penny we raise stays with our team — and if we hit the higher targets, we could win £10,000, £8,000, or £6,000 in extra funding. Even hitting £2,500 guarantees £1,000 back to the club.
Your support genuinely helps keep grassroots football alive for our kids.
Thank you for backing the Tigers.
