Can you get Fit in Four Weeks?

Take on the challenge - get sponsored and commit to do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day for 28 days!

It can be anything that gets you moving - take a walk (dog optional!), do some gardening, go for a swim, dance to your favourite playlist or go running. As long as you enjoy it that's what counts!

Everyone who signs up will get a free Fit in Four Weeks pack with ideas and a tracker to help you keep going, and an online fundraising page to make collecting sponsorship easy. Plus every person who raises at least £50 by the end of their challenge will get one of our exclusive Fit in Four Weeks medals!
